Sourced from the Limestone Coast vineyards of Mount Gambier, Coonawarra and Wrattonbully, it celebrates the region’s distinctive volcanic soils with a refined balance of richness, vibrant
fruit and minerality. These sites, with shallow volcanic topsoil over limestone and basalt, lie within the world’s third-largest volcanic plain, home to around 400 dormant cones. Having spent much of his childhood in this extraordinary landscape, Patrick has crafted a sophisticated chardonnay that reflects both the unique terroir and his winemaking heritage, culminating in an exceptional expression of the 2025 vintage.
