The Character
Tasting Notes Vieilles Vignes du Levant is a rich, vinous Blanc de Blancs with a deep core of fruit and a distinctly mature feel. It shows notes of tangerine peel, hazelnut, spice, dried flowers, and a touch of menthol, all carried by bright acidity and saline precision. The finish is long, chalky, and elegant, with enough structure to feel powerful without losing finesse.
