The Character

Tasting Notes A taut, incisive Blanc de Blancs with lifted aromas of lemon peel, white flowers, and citrus, underscored by crushed rock, slate, chalk, and a touch of white pepper. Medium-bodied and sculpted, the palate is driven by bright, saline acidity and mineral tension, carrying through to a long, chalky, oyster shell–tinged finish.
