Winemaking The estate's flagship wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand harvested between September 9th and 26th. The wine is 100% Estate grown in Coombsville. The fruit was destemmed and fermented in small batches or "lots" with approx 18 days on skins before the wine is gently pressed and transferred to 55% New French Oak barrels. The wine ages in barrels for approx 22 months before it is bottled unfiltered and unfined in mid June 2024.

The Character
Tasting Notes Opening aromas of dark black cherry compote, French lavender, ripe plum, and sweet notes of clove and star anise. The wine layers in dried fig, forest floor, a dusting of cocoa powder, and a lift of fresh spearmint. On the palate, the entry is satiny and full, carried by firm structure and vibrant acidity. Velvety tannins frame the wine, lending support to a long, juicy finish.
The Story
This wine was crafted entirely from the Rewa Estate in Coombsville, Napa Valley. The hand-harvested fruit was picked by-block prior to dawn on October 12 and October 18, fermented separately, and kept as discreet lots for approximately ten months. The wine was then blended and returned to barrels for an additional year of aging in French oak. 2019 Rewa Cabernet Sauvignon was bottled without fining or filtration on July 15, 2021.

Acquired by Gajendra Singh Sareen in 2012, Rewa is located in Coombsville just east of Downtown Napa. Legendary winemaker Celia Welch helms winemaking. Production remains small, with only around 700 cases of wine released each year.
