Tasting Notes The 2022 Grand Ciel Cabernet Sauvignon is lively, with instant appeal from the first seductive whiff. An expressive bouquet of black currants, loose-leaf Earl Grey, graphite, and crème de cassis sings from the glass before each sip. The palate is rich, balanced by a velvety texture and sturdy tannins, which allow this wine to hold a significant weight without feeling heavy. Savory, elegant barrel spices and earthy mushroom undertones lead into a seamless, never-ending finish that brings this wine to another level.
