Founded in 2006, Paul Dolan Vineyards was established with a commitment to crafting wines from 100% organically grown grapes. Recognized as a leading CCOF certified organically grown brand, Paul Dolan Vineyards’ dedication to crafting wines using the highest organic standards has evolved. Over the past several years, the winery has deepened its devotion to the land, protecting and improving it by using regenerative agriculture practices in the vineyards. Practices that promote and enhance biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil fertility, working to restore, maintain, and enhance ecological harmony. Extending the care we take with our vineyards into the winery, Paul Dolan's award winning wines are crafted with minimal intervention and always free of artificial flavors and additives.
