The fifth generation of the Descombe family expanded their production by acquiring vineyards in Chablis. The Domaine cultivates a diverse range of hillside and valley-floor parcels, each managed with a focus on soil health, biodiversity, and minimal intervention, allowing every site to reflect its natural essence. Led today by the fifth generation of the Descombe family, Marine and François, along with Marine’s husband, Kevin Jandard, the family embraces organic farming, agroforestry, and precise small-lot vinification. Their work is supported by an ambitious ecological program that includes extensive tree planting, expanded green corridors, and habitat restoration throughout the vineyards.
