Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently crushed, and fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit character. A portion of the wine is aged with oak influence to impart warm spice and caramel notes, resulting in a balanced, smooth, and approachable style.
Aging Aged in stainless steel and on French and American oak.
