Tasting Notes From one of the most consistently quality and approachable wineries from Valle de Guadalupe, A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and acidity. Bright red fruits on the nose and an angular, lively, light to medium body on the palate. A perfect wine for those who like zippy accessible reds whose function seems to be to constantly keep the tongue stimulated.
Selling Point Bright, fresh, naked expression of Valle de Guadalupe fruit
Pairings Light meat dishes, hamburgers, pulled pork, salads, and spicy tacos
Sustainability Green Practicing, Sustainable In Practice
The Story
The only stainless steel red from the estate owned organically farmed vineyards of Corona del Valle. The intention here is to make a red that is a naked expression of place. No oak, no frills, just pure reflection of terroir. Planted in 2011 these vines are just starting to reach their prime and the proof is in wines like these where the beauty of the fruit is the centerpiece.
