The Character

Overall Bright ruby color.
Aromas Elegant nose of crushed red and black berry fruit, spices and a hint of vanilla.
Mouthfeel Rich and round in the mouth with a touch of freshness.
Tasting Notes Juicy and mellow fruit here with a hint of cedar. It’s medium-bodied with fine, linear tannins. / Under the same ownership as neighboring Château du Glana, this estate has produced a ripe wine, smooth and smoky with a blackberry aroma. The wood aging has given a polished feel to the wine, resulting in a concentrated, balanced wine.
Pairings Enjoy with steaks, pork roasts, lamb chops, barbecue and cheese.
Awards 2023 - 92pts Wine Enthusiast, 91pts James Suckling
