The Story
We are fortunate to benefit from this remarkable Silex terroir on several Sauvignon Blanc plots. The clayey-siliceous terroir called “Silex” gives the wine a marked and straightforward personality and characteristic notes of gunflint. From 40- to 45-year-old vines that flourish on this very special terroir.

Our wine estate located in Sancerre and Verdigny in Cher (18) extends over a mosaic of 80 plots, planted with 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Pinot Noir.
