The Character
Tasting Notes Ruby red color. Aromas of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and delicate violet petals. Subtle hints of earth and forest floor emerge, adding complexity and depth to the bouquet. On the palate, a perfect balance between fruit, acidity, and tannins. The flavors of red berries are complemented by a touch of spice, creating a harmonious and well-rounded profile.
The Story
Chambolle "Les Fremieres" is located just below 'Les Beaux Bruns" and is planted with 30-year-old vines. 10 acres in total. Soil is rich in limestone. Only 3 barrels per year are produced.
