The Story
Perfectly illustrates the virtuous circle of nitrogen: leguminous plants planted one row on two will fix the nitrogen from the air and give it back to the soil. The vine will absorb it thanks to its roots. The nitrogen will activate the thiolated precursors so good in our sauvignon, and promote the taste of pomelos, grapefruit and lemon.
