This complex and sophisticated wine has rich and intense displays of dark fruit and balanced black pepper on the nose. On the palate, the wine teases the senses with plum, cinnamon stick, cedar, mocha, and vanilla bean. On the finish, the beautiful acids and tannins shine with essences of star anise and toasted oak as the wine lingers just the right amount of time.
