Tasting Notes Lush and aromatic, the 2022 Solari Cabernet Sauvignon bursts from the glass with lovely notes of violets, red plums, and bright blackberry and raspberry jam. Layers of sweet, toasty oak frame are supported by notes of vanilla bean, soft caramel, and subtle warm spices. With time in the glass, hints of cedar, rosemary, and bay laurel lend a savory counterpoint, while delicate florals add elegance, depth and allure. On the palate, it is velvety and expansive, carrying a supple texture and a luxurious weight. The wine opens with notes of warm vanilla and cassis, balanced by vibrant acidity that keeps the round and rich fruit in perfect balance. The finish is long and resonant, with dark berries, baking spices, espresso and fresh-cut herbs.
