The Character

Tasting Notes This wine is the antidote to the sea of average pink wine found out there today. This is a real wine worthy of your attention and regard but it’s also a joyous hang. The 2024 Blanc de Noirs has a beautiful mix of strawberry and orange peel with an electric line of saltiness at the finish.
Selling Point Light pink bubbles from an organically farmed vineyard.
Sustainability Green Practicing, Minimal Intervention / Augmentation, Natural Fermentation

The Story

This Blanc de Noirs represents the third wine we make from the Stroh Vineyard with the others being our
carbonic Ya Moon and the ever popular still rosé. Over the years we have become more attuned to the nature of the Pinot Noir that comes from this area and its potential. We love the piquant and floral aromas and the strawberry and citrus infused finish which shine in this Blanc de Noirs in glorious fashion.
