Winemaking The 2024 CRŪ Winery Unoaked Chardonnay is sourced from the Smith & Lindley vineyard in the cool and windy Santa Lucia Highlands. We chose this vineyard for the bright, vibrant fruit characteristics and aged the wine in stainless steel tanks to preserve those vibrant characteristics.

Tasting Notes Our Unoaked Chardonnay is fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks which retain the bright fruit flavors of this wine. It leads off with fresh aromas of lime zest and melon with a mouthwatering palate of tangerine, apple and pear accented by grapefruit and zesty acidity.
