The Story

Las Olvidadas 2022 is a field blend of 91% País and 9% San Francisco from old vines rooted in granite soils in Guarilihue, Itata Valley. Fermented with native yeasts and a touch of whole cluster, the wine was foot-tread and aged in neutral barrels for 14 months. It shows the tension, freshness, and rustic power of Chile’s forgotten grapes, delivering wild red fruit, peppery spice, and firm tannins. A bold, heritage-driven red with natural elegance and lasting character.
