The Story

La Cancha Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is sourced from a former soccer field in Isla de Maipo, now a gravel-rich single vineyard planted in 1999. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, the wine underwent a short cold soak and was aged in a mix of barrels and large foudre. It delivers a refined take on Chilean Cabernet, balancing cherry fruit and peppery spice with herbal and earthy complexity. Polished tannins and bright freshness define its elegant, terroir-driven style.
