Tasting Notes A cornerstone of the Tres Raíces estate since its founding, this wine eloquently demonstrates how Mexico’s highland terroir and distinct seasonal rhythms lend themselves to wines of brightness, precision, and effortless drinkability. Light to medium in body yet expansive in expression, it delivers remarkable clarity and depth far beyond its weight. While Tres Raíces is rightly recognized for producing impressively structured red wines, the region shines just as naturally in wines such as this—serious, thoughtfully crafted rosés that reaffirm both the category’s potential and the estate’s quiet mastery.

The Story

A delight from the start to finish from one of central Mexico's few organic farmed estates, this is a dry rosé made in a light provencal style that is perfect before a meal or used to compliment and accent it. Certainly the best rosé from the central highlands.
