The Story
Blanc du Bois sourced from Starry Night Farms just north of Industry, TX. This three acre vineyard is owned and farmed by James Kasparek. It sits on a little hill in the beautiful rolling hills of Austin County. These vines are own rooted and trained on a Watson System that allows for good air flow which decreases disease pressure.
