Tasting Notes This wine has softer tannins and is very aromatic with notes of blackberries, cherries, and violets. Pairs well with breakfast and lighter fare such as lamb gyros.
The Story
Early bud break in February followed by the extreme “heat dome” starting in June pushed harvest up to the last week of July. he fruit was hand-harvested at night, sorted and placed whole-cluster into sealed CO2-filled tanks forcing the grapes to ferment from the inside out.
