Winemaking Grapes are 100% destemmed. Tempranillo and Graciano co-fermented in tank for 2 weeks. Grenache fermented separately and blended before barreling down. Aged in neutral oak puncheons for 15 months.

Aromas Aromas of plum, dried cherries, leather, dark chocolate, pepper and subtle tobacco.
Tasting Notes Aromas of plum, dried cherries, leather, dark chocolate, pepper and subtle tobacco on the nose with red fruit, white pepper, baking spice and savory herbs on the palate with medium body, medium plus structure and medium plus acidity. Pair with cheese and grilled meats.
Pairings Pairs well with a variety of cheeses, meats, and tasty Texas bbq.
