The Story
The Mourvèdre Rosé is sourced from 10-year-old vines at Dale and Becky Klein’s vineyard between Austin and Johnson City. Their vineyard has shallow, rocky limestone-derived soils. The grapes were hand picked at night, whole cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in stainless steel. This beautifully crafted rosé has a refreshing crispness with aromas of light summer berries and a hint of citrus. It pairs well with a wide variety of dishes due to its delicate fruit flavors and pleasant finish. It is perfect for sipping on a sunny Texas afternoon.
