The Story

’T Voetpad is Sadie’s most remote and historic site, a field blend planted from 1887 to 1928 in the Citrusdal Mountains. This dry-farmed vineyard lies on sandstone soils at high elevation, nourished by an underground spring. Grapes are picked and co-fermented in old foudre to preserve site character. The blend includes Sémillon Blanc, Sémillon Gris, Chenin Blanc, Palomino, and Muscat.
