The Story
Pofadder is Sadie’s contemplative Cinsaut from old vines in Riebeeksrivier. 50% whole cluster fermented in concrete, basket-pressed, and aged in neutral oak for 11 months, the wine is bottled from fine lees. This vintage offers lifted red fruit, earthy spice, and a quietly powerful structure. A thoughtful homage to Cinsaut’s legacy in Cape blends, now standing confidently on its own.
